Return & complaints

You can always return any products purchased within 30 days of the delivery date.

To return your package, the only condition is that the products are returned unused and in original condition. Attach original packaging and any tags in your return.


How to return

Within your package you will find a return slip that you need to fill out. Understanding why you are returning a product helps us become better.

Please see return instructions per location from below:


Sweden

  • We offer free returns with Postnord.
  • In your package you will find a return label that you paste on the same e-commerce bag you received at delivery.
  • Drop the parcel at your closest Postnord service point.


Norway

  • We offer free returns with UPS.
  • To receive a return label and customs invoice, email us at help@hajk.com and we'll e-mail the documents to you.
  • Place the item(s) in the original bag. If the original bag is not available, please make sure to use a similar, secure bag so that the item is returned in an unused condition.
  • Attach the return label and customs invoice on top of the original shipping label.
  • Drop the parcel off at your closest UPS access point.


EU and rest of world (except Sweden and Norway)

  • We offer returns with UPS.
  • In order to receive a return label and customs invoice (if outside EU), email us at help@hajk.com and we'll e-mail the documents to you.
  • Place the item(s) in the original bag. If the original bag is not available, please make sure to use a similar, secure bag so that the item is returned in an unused condition.
  • Attach the return label and customs invoice (if outside the EU) on top of the original shipping label.
  • Drop the parcel off at your closes UPS Access point.
  • We charge a return fee of EUR 20 (c. USD 20) on all EU orders and outside of EU orders.


Refund

After we have received and approved your return, we will notify Klarna that will manage your refund. It takes about two weeks from the point of return before you have your refund on your account. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time allowed by law.


Complaints

We conduct a quality check on all our products before delivery. This is to ensure that there are no defects or damages to the product. Nevertheless, should you discover a damage or defect, we will replace you with a new product if the product is available. If the product is not available in our stock, you will be refunded at the original cost. We will take care of all return costs.


Keep track of your orders

Log in to Klarna to get an overview of all your purchases. You can manage your invoices yourself by, for example, extending the payment time or reporting a return.
